for the abdomen. The device is selectively provided with known scraper blades 27 for fins, in use of which a conveyor 32 located between abdominal guides 4 is used for feeding fish. 7 il.
The invention relates to the fishing industry, in particular to devices for filleting fish ,. mostly beheaded and with partially or completely removed abdomen.
The invention is increased productivity and simplified construction.
Figure 1 schematically depicts
a device for filleting flat fish with a partially or completely abdomen, side view; Fig. 2 is the same, the device with guide plates in the loading area, top view; Fig. 3 shows a device along the path of movement of the fish, a partial longitudinal section; figure 4 - filleting knives, cross-section; in fig. 5 - scraper tool, perspective view} on Lig.6 - filleting knives for the back in the processing phase of the tail part of the fish, section; 7 - the same, in the phase of fish processing near the end of the abdominal cavity.
The device contains a feed funnel 1 and a pair of boat-dispersed pairs of rotatable filleting knives 2 and. 3, respectively, for the abdomen and back, and the adjacent pairs on board 4 and 5 for the abdomen and back.
The feed funnel J is formed by a set of guide flap plates, consisting mainly of five pairs of symmetrically installed one relative to another spring-loaded guide plates 6-10, which have the ability to turn around
horizontal plates 11 and 12 and are connected with the possibility of synchronous extrusion to one another and keeping the springs pressed against one another in such a way that a slot 13 with a thickness of several millimeters is formed at their lower ends. The lower ends of the guiding folding plates. 6-10 are located directly opposite the peripheral cutting hromok 14 and 15 filleting 5

knives 2 and 3 for the abdomen and back and are made so that they correspond to the contour of the filleting knives 2 and 3 for the abdomen and back. In this case, the axes 16 of the filleting knives 2 for the abdomen are rigidly mounted in the housing, and the axes 17 of the filleting knives 3 for the backrest are mounted on the rocker arm 18, which by means of the spring 19 has the ability to radially turn to the stop when the fish is moving. The filleting knives 2 and 3 for the abdomen and back (Fig. 2) are spring-loaded and have the possibility of axial movement and spin in the fish movement path under the force of the spring 20, with 1 a pair of abdominal filleting knives 2 for the back of the fish transporting direction and their peripheral cutting edges 14 and 15 rotate with a small reciprocal spacing. Guides 4 and 5 for the arm and back are installed in a known manner in the planes of the outer surfaces of the filleting knives 2 and 3 for the belly and back and overlap their outer surfaces with guides 21 and 22 respectively, which with a flexible connection goes into 4 and 5 for abdomen and back. Moreover, said opposite guiding edges 23 of abdominal guides 4 are tangent to peripheral cutting edges 14 of filleting knives 2, and guiding edges 24 of guides 3 for a backrest are located opposite the guiding edges 23 of the bead guides 4 to form a slit 25. Cutting edges 14 and 15 filleting knives 2 and 3 for the abdomen and back are 26 of them, placed on the surfaces of the knives, facing; one to another
The device can be made suitable for treating fish bodies with an abdominal cavity. For this purpose, a scraper knife 27 should be attached to each guide-edge 24 of the guide 5 for the back of FIG. 5, made in the pids of the lateral surface of the hollow edge with an elliptical cross-section corresponding to the shape of the fish's abdominal cavity, the plane of which passes through the long axis is overlapped by the plane of symmetry of the guides A and 5 for the abdomen and the back and the longitudinal axis of which runs parallel to the guiding edges 23 and 2k of the guides 4 and 5 for the abdomen and the back. The cutting edge 28 of each blade 27 extends along the lateral surface full of a prism along a helical line with a large pitch so that the cutting edges 28 in the working position of the device diverge, starting from the side surfaces of the 5 dp backing guides. Opposite each cutting edge, the edges 28 of the scraps of the new knife 27 are arranged with one counter-support 29 corresponding to it with the formation of a gap. The counter support 29 at the end directed against the movement of the fish has a tip 30 folded down. Each counter support 29 is pressed by means of a spring 31 to the stop so that the tip 30 is in the area of the side surfaces of the guides 4 for the harness. The device also includes a conveyor 32 installed between the guides 4 for the abdomen and the grippers 33 which enter the gap between the guides 5 for the backrest and whose pitch is at least equal to the length of the largest fish to be processed. The grippers 33 are made deflecting in the feed direction of the conveyor 32 under the action of springs,
The device works as follows.
The fish is fed by the tail forward to the feed funnel I. When the fish's tail fin passes through the slit J3 of the guiding folding plates 6-10, the filleting knives 2 for the abdomen make an incision on both sides of the abdomen to the middle of the spinal surface. These notches initially include guide sections 21, which, like guide sections 22, are pointed in the incursion area in order to detach without resisting freshly cut fillets. Due to the staggered arrangement of the filleting knives dp of the backrest relative to the filleting knives for the abdomen, they later come into play for cutting fish. The undercuts end in the fact that the fillet cutting knives 3 for the backrest in their travel port penetrate between the guide portions 21 into the blender cuts, and the fillets are completely separated. In the initial position, the filleting knives 2 and 3 are arranged so that the spine thickened towards the head of the fish squeezes, in particular, the filleting knives 3 from one another, overcoming the force of the springs 20, with the gripping of the guide sections 22 of the guide for 5 spin 15 kng
In the subsequent filetrocian process, pressing the filleting knife 3 for the backrest towards the spring 19 begins, which is due to the fact that the chamfer 26
Knife 3 begins to rest on the shoulder parts of the spine, as shown in Figures 6 and 7. At the same time, pairs of knives begin to axially deflect one 25 relative to the other, as both the abdominal and dorsal parts increase in thickness. A skeleton is gripped due to the friction connection between the abdomen and back and 30 side surfaces of the knives, as well as between the chamfers and the shoulder portion of the spine.
As a result of the feed provided in this way, the end of the abdominal band enters the zone of the fillet of the internal knife. While the abdominal filleting knife 2 passes without impact through the abdominal cavity, the filleting knives 3 for the backrest with 0 are processed by the fish with the abdominal cavity removed, i.e. with the spine cut out, they turn in this zone back to the initial position, and the feeding grip is maintained due to 5 pressing of the knives against the skeleton strip with the dorsal part of the fish.
In fish with a short abdominal cavity or residues of the abdominal cavity, the spine or lateral processes of the vertebrae or ribs act so that the facet 26 of the filleting knives 3. serve as supporting surfaces with the effect that (the 3 year old blades pass over ribs or lateral branches of the vertebrae, and they are still incised.
The scraper knife used in this case serves to separate the existing connection between the fillet and ribs,
however, the separation section is a continuation of the fillet back cuts and contributes to the complete separation of the fillets. At the same time, the sharp edges 30 of the counter support 29 of the scraper knife 27 pass so that the scraper blades 27 can separate the muscular muscle from the parts of the skeleton, squeezing the counter pair, with their cutting edges.

Claims (1)
[1]
The feed required in this process is carried out by means of a conveyor 32, the capture of which 33 captures the fish at the end of the head and moves it. If the fish encounters grip 33, it is forced out due to a load on the back side. After the termination of filleting knives 2 and 3, the fish remains lying until the capture is released, which can capture the fish behind its head. In order to increase the reliability of the notch after feeding the fish to the hopper 1, a mechanism can be provided by which the guide plates 6-10 can be simultaneously tilted. Invention Formula
